Black Mountain Stores, Inc. has designed a Privacy Policy to inform you about our data collection and how we use your personal information.

Black Mountain Stores, Inc. offers secure online processing of transactions via a SSL with Verisign certificate, along with fax/mail order and telephone orders. We also receive online inquiries about our various products. Any information we receive about you such as credit card numbers, address, telephone is used solely by our organization for the intention for which it was provided. We never will, and never have, given out or sold any customer or inquiry information. We do not provide any mailing lists to other organizations.

We process credit card transactions using Cardservice International, using address verification (verfication of billing address of credit card holder). We reserve the right to refuse to process any transaction without full address verification.

The information we collect about you is the information you provide us. This would include your shipping and billing demographic information, as well as, credit card info, phone numbers and email addresses. Additionally, the shopping cart software uses a session id to track your movements throughout the website once you access the shopping cart. The provides your unique identity for the shopping cart transactions.

Black Mountain Stores, Inc. limits your personal information to the employees who need the information to perform their responsibility to fullfill your request for information or to process a sale. We provide appropriate security to safeguard against unauthorized access to your data.
